Courchevel 1850 is the highest village in the resort. It forms part of the Les Trois Vallées ski area, the largest ski area in the world, which consists of over 600 km of marked runs and links the winter sports resorts of Val Thorens, Méribel, La Tania, Brides-les-Bains and Les Ménuires. Courchevel’s local ski area has 27 green runs, 44 blue runs, 38 red runs and 10 black runs, spread out over 150 km and served by 56 ski lifts.
