Straddling the counties of Isère and Savoie, the Grandes Rousses region is home to some of the highest peaks in the French Alps.

The Grandes Rousses, ski on the highest summits

A gigantic area

Discover Alpe d'Huez and its 250km of slopes. You can make the most of the 38 green runs for beginners, 32 blues and 34 reds for intermediates and 16 black runs including the Sarenne, which the most experienced skiers can rush down for an incredible 16km. Between ski lifts and cable cars, more than 80 lifts will help you navigate the 800 ski-friendly hectares of the resort, not forgetting the snow park, boardercross and half pipe for snowboarders.

A dream setting

Enjoy optimum comfort at the Grandes Rousses Hotel, or at the Campanules d'Auris in Oisan, a stone's throw from the slopes and Skiset shop. Finally, at Vaujany at the summit of Pic Blanc 3330m above sea level, you can contemplate the splendour of the French Alps.
