Pyrenees 2000 with the resort of Font-Romeu is a unique ski area set in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, and is made up of 58km of slopes, 500 snow cannons and 23 ski lifts. Each February Pyrenees 2000 organises the Nin's Cup (a cross country race for children), together with the Pyrenees Free Style Tour which is part of the Pyrenean free-style challenge (jumps and slope-style). In this dynamic resort of Pyrenees 2000, there are various activities such as: alpine skiing & nordic skiing, snowshoeing, evening skiing, husky drawn sleighs rides with paragliding and torch lit ski descents. Due to Pyrenees 2000 resort being so diverse, you can take part in other sports such as: ice skating, fun in the snowpark, sledding, indoor tennis, gym, and indoor golf... For children aged betwen 6 & 12, the resort offers initiation to snowshoeing and igloo building. When it comes to culture and après-ski, come and visit the sulphurous Dorres, Llo and the Saint Thomas baths.
