Located at an altitude of 1140 metres in Haute-Savoie, the Les Carroz ski resort is one of the oldest in France, and in 1939 it opened the longest draglift in Europe, stretching over 1600 metres. Today, it’s attached to the Grand Massif ski area, which links the 5 resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt Fer à Chevale. This is one of the largest ski areas in France with no fewer than 265 km of runs, consisting of 20 greens, 65 blues, 50 reds and 14 blacks, to allow skiers of all abilities to enjoy themselves on the slopes. In addition, the Les Carroz resort is equipped with 69 ski lifts, to reduce waiting time as much as possible and allow you to maximise your skiing time. Lastly, the orientation of the ski area as well as its 60 snow cannons ensure optimal snow cover throughout the season.
