Situated at the foot of the Madelaine Pass, the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp has facilities for fantastic skiing and family entertainment. Its ski slopes at 1450m are well equipped for both beginners & intermediate skiers. St François is the first resort at the entrance of the Maurienne Valley and is linked to Valmorel through the Tarentaise Valley. At the heart of the Massif de la Lauzière, St François Longchamp distinguishes itself from the larger winter sports resort of Valmorel due to its village spirit and family-friendly atmosphere. Part of the Grand Domaine, St François offers skiers and snowboarders over 160km of slopes with a variation in altitude of 1300m. The resort is fantastic for those who will be driving, as it is easily accessible from the motorway, which is only 12km away.
