Surrounded by the Hornli, Weisshorn and the Bruggerhorn peaks, the resort of Arosa has all the charm of a typical Swiss village. With more than 70km of slopes, this beautiful village has been a renowned holiday destination for over 100 years. Located at an altitude of 1800m, Arosa enjoys constant snow and sunshine. The resorts ski slopes are diversified, and offer a multitude of sporting activities such as : alpine skiing, hiking and snowshoeing. Most of the runs are blue or red but expert freestyle skiers can also find some highly challenging black runs and a half-pipe. On top of this, you can walk along the Schanfigg Valley, with the snow crunching under your feet and the sun shining down for as long as 8 to 12 hours a day ! Arosa is family-friendly and combines both relaxation and the thrills of skiing with a peaceful and convivial atmosphere of a mountain village.
